The Viqua S5Q-PA is the most popular and cost effective UV disinfection system. This low maintenance system is powered by the Sterilight Silver Series. The S5Q-PA is recommended for flow rates up to 6 gpm making it ideal for use in a smaller home or cottage. Whether you are on municipal or private well water, the Viqua S5Q-PA Whole-House UV Disinfection System will be perfect for reducing harmful bacteria, viruses and microorganisms such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and E.Coli.
Applications:
- The Electronic ICE Ballast for this unit is the BA-ICE-S and features open loop current control (patent pending) and quick-lock molded lamp connector. It also includes an audible alarm & power-on indicator.
- The Compact Design of this system makes installation quick and easy, and incorporates 304 stainless steel reactor chambers, which are brilliantly polished for laboratory or medical applications.
The Viqua S5Q-PA System is compatible with our S463-QL Replacement Lamp Combo Kit . To ensure ongoing disinfection of your water, UV lamps need to be replaced annually with VIQUA factory-supplied replacements. At Fresh Water Systems, we only carry genuine Viqua replacement lamps and quartz sleeves.
The combo kit for the S5Q-PA includes:

- (2) Sterilight O-Rings: 410867
Includes Open End Quartz Sleeves and aluminum gland nuts for optimum operating temperature and sealing efficiency, as well as hard glass, low pressure Mercury Vapor Lamps with high isolation pin design.
230V systems are shipped with 2-prong continental European (CEE-7/7) 2 pin with ground “Schuko” power cord.
