The StreamLabs® home water monitor will instantly alert a homeowner of any unusual water flow.
The UMFT-1000 monitor installs easily to your main water line, as it does not require pipe-cutting. It will fit on Copper M/L, PEX, and CPVC pipe in both 3/4″ and 1″ pipe sizes, with push-to-connect or any threaded connections.
Whether you are home or away this smart monitor can notify you anywhere. By simply downloading the StreamLabs® App you are ready to customize, track, and monitor your water flow anytime day or night. By tracking the water usage in the home it will enable the homeowner to find ways to conserve water. This unit allows the settings to be adjusted for sensitivity and it also features a home or away mode. Finally, this monitoring system can easily tie into the smart home features by integrating with both the NEST and ALEXA systems.

Leak Detection Settings:
- Slow Leak: 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 GPM for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes
- Major Leak: 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0 GPM for 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes
- Away Mode: 0.25 GPM for 15 seconds
- Note: Copper Type L leak detection begins at greater than 0.5 GPM
