Each knife is created start to finish by a sole artisan and bears his or her initials on the blade. This 3 piece set is handsomely presented in a wood boand includes knives for soft (9″), semi-hard (8″) and compact cheeses (7″). The blades are high carbon stainless steel, the handles are red Lucite with brass rivets.
