Vinyl debut from Dead Horse Beats on Bastard Jazz. The talented multi-instrumentalist/producer/singer has been making waves with a unique brand of hazy soul that blurs the line between electronics and live instrumentation. The Canada-based producer has actually been around for a minute (dropping an acclaimed LP on London’s Black Butter imprint (2015’s Single People) as well as several self-released joints), but Bad Hopes is the 1st time his music has received a proper vinyl pressing.
