V I B E S. The debut release from down under outfit Caravan is a piece of dreamy boogie bliss. Somewhere in the outback Coarsica formed as wandering drum machines joined with laissez-faire synths in a chilled-out pow-wow of hazy hardware vibes. Think Loose Ends funk meets Hiroshima cool, all dedicated to the subtle beauty of the native flora of Australia (see tracklist titles). The whole thing is chill AF, but “Enchylaena (Trail Mix)” is the one. Get lost in a zone.
