The Aries AF-10-3690 Fluoride Reduction Filter utilizes SIR-9000 media uses synthetic aluminum oxide making this filter extremely versatile and can be used over a wide pH range. At the Point of Use, this filter can effectively remove fluoride that was added in the municipal water supply. For those on private wells, they may face naturally occurring fluoride. Since wells are not regulated by the EPA it is strongly recommended to get your water tested.

NOTE:Fluoride reduction is flow and pH sensitive. Best results with this filter are obtained at a flow rate of 0.1 GPM and an influent pH of 5.5. Higher flow rates and higher or lower pH causes a significant loss of capacity.
